I haven\'t taken many pics since fitting the new \'99-spec spoiler so after giving her two coats of polish I took a few pics last weekend.  Just an excuse for some gratituous pictures really!

Looks very nice, I quite fancy a black one next:cool :D

Just a quick question, what are the tyre sizes fitted to those wheels? I have some wheels that look almost identical with the mazda logos and everything, but the rim is only 16inch and I always thought that these wheels were 17\'s on the later cars.

Cheers,

Paul:)

Thanks for the comments!  The wheels are 235x40x17 at the front and 255x45x17 at the rear.  I think late-spec (98 or 99 onwards) had new 16" alloys that looked identical to the older 17\'s.

Hi, Rhondda area, only seen two RX7\'s locally to me, a black one (getting serviced in V-spec last summer) and a red one in Tonypandy...

Hi Steve, I live in Pentwynmawr, which is near Blackwood. Rx7\'s are a bit rare around here in South Wales, mind you i did see a red one last weekend in Llantrisant, he gave me a beep and a thumbs up. I might see you around some time, by the way mines silver and on a K plate.

Flat_Steve: What polish did you use? I\'m thinking about getting some of that clay bar stuff to try out, as mine hasn\'t been polish/waxed for quite a while now, and seeing yours has made me want to do it!! I know it can be shiny again!!

Very smart. And I agree....black looks great when polished. Far better for reflections of the sky and that in pictures than any other colour.
Check yer tyre sizes though. Think you\'ll find 235/45R17 front and 255/40R17 rear.

Yep you\'re right I had them the wrong way round (not on the car thankfully though lol).

It\'s just autoglym Super resin polish, I have a bottle of extra gloss protection but haven\'t used it yet.
