How are you pulling 0-60 in under 4 secs as well that\'s pretty impressive!

Looking at Ebay dont know who you are trying to fool but.....

A:     That is not a type R

B:     What have you had done to the engine to give you 340

C:     0 - 60 under 4 secs yeah right

D:     Have you come on here to sell it or to join the community?

well if you look at those figures it all adds up.  I\'ve got a full exhaust system, boost controller and an electric sunroof.  when last dyno\'d i was around the 600bhp mark (at rear wheels of course).  Oh and when i switch my time circuits on i can travel back in time when i hit 80.....;)

Just out of interest. How could you tell its not a Type R?

Also, i\'m sure if he has not just joined MRC to sell it. He has not advertised the car for sale here, or has he?

I think we\'re just being a little harsh on the dude.

Type R comes with a rear spoiler for starters.

If you look at the Ebay ad it pretty much says it is himself

If you advertise a car make sure you are giving a fair discription:reallymad

Agreed. That car cannot be pushing out 340, therefore anyone bidding would be led falsely. Not good.

Sorry John buddy, disagree with you on on the spoiler comment. It could well have been taken off at some point. My car came out of the factory with a spoiler. Type RZ. I have now changed the front bumper, spoiler, side skirts and suspension. It is still an type RZ as that is whats written on the description sticker. Same as your RS-R, despite having a Bomex kit. Even if the last owner, warranders or you changed the colour to white. It would still remain an RS-R.

Anyway, I have no connection to this sale. Simply wanted to air my thoughts. Have a good evening.

:)

I have removed my car from ebay, as my description was totally misleading. I have now found out that it\'s actually a Norton Commando & Sidecar. Sorry to have got you all hot under the collar.

No sunroof, but it has a slight overheating problem.

over heating problem..oooh no!! not good at all..soz mate but i woudnt have bought that . Type R has front+rear spoiler NO ARGUMENTS anyone who know what they are on about will agree, they might have the front yellow fog lamps in under the reg plate,it will have suede bluey in colour front seats with rear seats also, and no sunroof. It can not be pushing out 340bhp with just those mods more like 260+bhp..soz bud but it just seems a bit dodgy...have you got any proof of a rebuild??

If you had told me that they come with efini RX7 AS THE NUMBER PLATE, that would have saved all this argument. Mine can\'t be then.
Thanks for the info.
Title: Unbelievable

Would you Adam & Eve it. Never noticed it before, but the number plate similarity is striking.

hehe..it would be nice to have that plate on the car :D

id like a personal plate on mine as any fd looks newer than 1992..more like 1996+ because of the beautiful curves..

Anyway welcome to mrc m8, do lots of research and your car will have a long and happy life

:)
