Hey guys,

I\'ve been a silent observer on the forum for quite some time now and patiently waiting to be able to post my fd soon. I live in the Netherlands where lots of people have heard of the 1st and 2nd generation rex\'es, but none have seen the 3rd generation in the wild. I\'m planning on importing one from Newera, seymour or another importer from Japan. Does anybody know if they\'re still importing fd\'s? I noticed they (Newera and others) don\'t have them anymore in their stock. I\'m just curious and a little worried at this time, not ready to import yet anyways.
I don\'t even mind steering on the right hand side (easier flirting in traffic :cool ) here on the mainland.

I Have order my JDM RX-7 FD 96 type RZ (fiuu this is long) about 2 months ago
and I was in the same opinion of you I don\'t have see a lot of rx7 on a import web site

But I try and asked and they say to me.
There is some Fd to sell but the easier way is to say wich model you\'re interested in  and we will be able to find it

For me it was very quick 3 days later they found a FD RZ to sell and I took it.

I believe there is a White 1994 FD going for sale in Rotterdam at the moment. I have more details of it. You could always PM me.

Thanks guys,

It seems the dream is just not over yet. Sounds like the FD\'s are still  being imported, just a lot in stock. The reason why I asked is that I heard a roumor that there\'s a limited number of RX-7\'s importers were allowed to import from Japan. Maybe just paranoia from my side?:eek:

I think is just roumor

But by the way there is so limit edition for Type RZ but not in 1996 ;) and is a limit of production not of importation

Are you after one that\'s being imported to the UK and can then be forwarded on to Holland?

Jurien, I\'m importing them all the time still. Just received a 94 type R in black, got a pearlescent 93 type R arriving in a couple of weeks and a 94 type R2 in red arriving mid March. Not had any problems so far.
Details of the cars are in the vendors section under MPC. My website is currently being rebuilt so don\'t take too much notice of stock on there. I\'d certainly have no problem with getting one UK registered then sent out to Holland, or indeed redirected to Holland as soon as it arrive in UK. How does the Dutch import system work at the moment?
