How common is a halfshaft going on FD\'s?
Im getting a bad sound/vibration on the rear passangerside of the car, under heavy exceleration or cornering!
Got under the car quickly and shock the offending shaft and had between 2 - 3mm of play, compared to the other side with no movement.
In fact it could also be the UV joint on the diff, if there is such an item.... just thinking things through, but the play is certaintly on the diff side..... Any suggestions, comments guys?
Any idea of prices aswell come to think of it.
Its a bit odd though, given the cars only done 35k.....
