My stereo stopped working, so I thought fuse. Seemed likely as I have some Defi computer thing on the dash that also stopped. Located a blown fuse in the drivers footwell (10A - Room) changed it and nothing!!?? This blown fuse is for the interior light as well, it was defintely wrking til now so must of just blown - but the stereo and Defi are still not working?? Very confusing.
Is there another place I should check for blown fuses? Ive checked all the other fuses in the footwell and they are ok. I cant see it being the stereo fuse because the Defi thing isnt working either??
Anyone got any ideas?
There is another fuse left hand side engine compartment it is a 30amp audio fuse for the radio relay
yeah checked that too, looks ok :(

might be a long shot but when my stereo stopped i had a blown cigarette lighter fuse but this was plain coincedence as it had been wired with a spade connector and was plugging directly into the fuse box but had come out..try tracing the permanent live feed on the stereo to its power pick up source
nice one mate, think I owe you a beer for that. I was swapping the original blown fuse with the cigar lighter fuse, it turns out that for some reason the stereo requires both the cigar fuse and the \'room\' fuse??
Cool, thanks for pointing me in the right direction
