Hi guys just back from a excelent trip to tokyo for the tokyo autosalon, what a car show with stunning cars but the level of engineering they put into the cars is mind blowing like the silver quad rotor rx7 pictured below,i have a full magazine spread of it in option2 mag just wished i could read japanese, sure it is the new veilside bodykit

i will try and set up my scanner so i can scan the pages but it showa you a step by step build up,special made crank by the look of it weighed not much more than a triple rotor crank, the engine is not turbo,d but looks like it may be supercharged very hard to tell under the carbon cover, oh and a nice 13b rew single turbo in a imprezza

The Scoot 4 Rotor car was hand built by Hideo Koseki who is the Owner of Scoot Sports ... its an N/A engine and probably around the 500bhp mark ... it sounds like nothing on this earth  believe me !! the word "growl" doesn\'t do it justice ..
some pics of when we filmed with it :) .. oh and a pic of me at end with it :D :D

no it wasn\'t ... it was made by Hideo Koseki .. i interviewed him .. saw the original drawings for the project .. it is hand built and to be honest in certain areas it kinda shows .. there are slight imperfections etc. ..
that car looks very similar but the front end is different .. hard to tell but it doesn\'t look like it has the gullwing doors either. Perhaps Scoot have licensed the kit and its been further developed ?
Koseki penned the design but he did get Tamon to help build it.
maybe they are friends??
I saw it in 2003 at Fuji speedway.
When it was unfinished and it did have the Tamon Number plate.
But koseki san was showing off the engine at that point.
That Tamon Red car looks absolute ****e.
It takes all the good parts and throws them away.
The front is horrendous! the way they removed the fd lights is a sin!!
