I saw that a while ago, I was very surprised how far down the modding process an ECU figures! I would have put it about stage II or III myself, but it does make interesting reading!

i suppose it goes on a power \'v\' money effect
at the end of the day - you could put standalone first - and everything else afterwards
i did make some good reading though - i will have to read it fully when i dump the air pump - it says i can loose the AGR or summat like that
( so many things to do and so little time :( )

hey did anyone see the program "shameless" last week? The guy who rocked up on a mkIII ford capri with neons was pure class.:rollin

Whats the difference between a TII short block and a 13BREW short block. I presume once you\'ve ported and messed around with all the uprated bits theres not a great deal to choose between the two.

the ports are much bigger on the rew.. and i would say worth the transplant. to port the t2 would take days to get that big and youll probably have to weld new metal in as well

wouldnt take days but would be way worth the transplant. i would love to get my hands on a REW and put a huge street port and open the exhaust ports even more then they r.

You really don\'t have to port too big to get good power from 13b T
engine, the style of porting and good tuning will get you the bhp you need.
