Title: problems with oil temp & press sensor plate
Post by: Nitronige on January 05, 2005, 01:34:53 PM
I have bought a sensor adapter plate from Greddy (Part No:12002801) for the oil pressure and oil temp 1/8npt sensors. When fitted the wax rod arm hits off the oil filter when extended. Has anyone had this problem? and does anyone know of an alternative sensor attachment.

Cheers

Nige

Alright Donato,

I drive a black J reg FD, mostly standard apart from a loud exhaust (unknown make)and 17"wheels. Just bought a power FC and waiting to put it in, however, just need to sort an exhaust leak, somewhere near the engine.......

First things first though, getting these guages in!!!

Cheers

Hi Nige

Ah ha! You could be the black one my brother in law spotted the other day..?

Im afraid i can\'t help with guages as i dont know what the greddy sensors even look like, my guages are currently lying in my living room :o they have been there for months...

Hopefully we can get you along to the next Scottish meet when the weather gets better....

Cheers for now
