Look on the back of the instrument cluster and you will see screw terminals on the back of the speedo for +12 (IGN) and GRD (ground). Also, if you have a speedo converter chip (a black box about 1.5 cms cubed) fitted then one of the wires going to this will be kmh signal in, and one of the wires going out will be mph signal out. that only leave RPM which you should also be able to trace from the back of the instrument cluster. Look behind the tacho and trace the PCB track back to the connector.

IGN (+12v) and GRD (earth) both arrowed in red and both tracks go to a screw terminal so you can use them. I\'ve got fitting instructions for a speedo converter somewhere that I\'ll dig out so I can tell you which wire is the speed signal. I\'ll try and find the rev counter one for you. I\'ve got a feeling it was marked as "pulse" on the one I had off a while ago, but then again that may have been on the Skyline.
