Title: PFC Mapping
Post by: oRi on December 15, 2004, 07:48:38 PM
Can any of you guys help me out with some mapping info....

1/ Where would you recommend?

2/ How much is it likely to cost me?

3/ Finally, I have a HKS induction, s/s cat back, s/s midpipe(enroute), Apexi PFC & Commander. So can I fit the midpipe and still run safely on a base map or should i be looking to map it immediately.

Would really appreciate any feedback as i have had differing views.

Cheers

Stu

best person to speak to is a specialist ie re worx as amatuer advice wont rebuild ur engine.running decat and filters there is a pass of overboost and without a controller could be risky..best thing is fit all ur goodies and stay of boost and get it booked in for a proper mapping session then u can utilise ur extras

Try Hayward Rotary, he is one of our "full paid vendors" and fully supports this club, at the top of the page, his details are on there. Has mapped mine and several others.

Have chatted to Carl now and seems like a reasonable idea to get it mapped. So as soon as the mid pipe goes on its gonna go get mapped.
