I dont think many people in the UK have done the conversion
but on the rx7club (USA) alot of people have done it have a look at this:

Couldnt give u the ins and outs but Geff/RE:Worx has done a couple, including Martin\'s car for sale which is totally mint. Fair bit of labour involved I\'d have thought...
I have had a few quotes on this in and around £3k. On the face of it looks a better idea just to buy a manual car.
