Title: Can you paint your springs ??
Post by: grinder on November 30, 2004, 05:20:21 PM
yup - another daft question by me :)

but

can you paint the spring that are on your car ??

or would the paint flake as the spings compress / uncompress ??

im sure that spring are metal with a plastic coating ( although not sure ) - so could you get some sort of flexible plastic paint and paint them ( so they look neat )

Any advice would be great

thanks

stu

buying springs is a no no

getting some off the white car is a very good idea

the springs are red - and pip says they are not standard - but me and sean have NO idea what they are

i think they will look better in green to be honest :)
