Anyone know if there is a good undercoat for rubber that won\'t peel off, its for the front splitter/spoiler, i can then spray it to match the car,

Either use an undercoat specific to plastic, or I think you can mix in an additive to make the paint flexible. Take a look at http://www.ppg.com/refineurope/phase1/frmHome.asp amongst others

There is a can of stuff I used which did well called Plastic X filler primer.
Very good stuff;)
