Post by: Initial-D on November 21, 2004, 11:46:03 PM
For some reason my shift buzzer isn\'t beeping at me!??

Checked the fuses in the drivers footwell and all\'s fine, nothing else not working... any ideas?

Been up to 8000rpm too.. lol!

Turn your drifting video volume down.

On an FC (US forum knowledge) the buzzer is connected to the instrument cluster, if its the same for the FD might be worth checking behind the speedo etc.

Speaking of Drifting Videos, V-Opt 128 (latest one) has about a 20min Rotary feature as the Extra Track.

Anyone know how to rip DVD\'s as im sure some people on here would like it.

Heh totally off topic :p

Nope but your welcome to pop down to mine on the way home if you want to take em (V-opt 127/128/Dori Ten 24).  Your going that way round the M25 I presume so it will only be the 10min de-tour down the M23 and I can get em back at next dartford or something.

Maybe even the Sunday if your going along to the Bovingdon drift day or something.  Im gonna go as its only at Watford so is a cool day out even if I dont drive which I probably wont.

Hi Lee, should be fine if I pop over on the way back, can you PM me your address again!

Would be up for a look at the drift day but I\'m supposed to be dropping the car off for air pump removal and a turbo check up.

I don\'t know exactly what to look for but common sense would dictate that there may be a wire or somthing connected to the Rev counter going to a circuit board of some description.  Anyone who knows what they are talking about feel free to jump in and correct me.

That sounds logical now you put that way! Will have a look when I get back home if I can find a decent torch!
