Hi,

I have a similar one to this, a year older.
They are good cars but when this old you need to check out the things that are expensive to replace.
At that milage if it hasn\'t had an engine rebuild/new engine it will probably need one. Expensive.

Exhaust system, the reactive converter/exhaust manifold, if still on the original one probably about had it. Expensive.

The problems with the sun roof are typical for this car, although mine still works fine.

Not too many problems with body rot.

They are a great car to drive, I\'ve never owned a better one.

Just beware, buying one might only be the start of spending on it!

cheers

Barry

Thanks for your reply,

Yeah, engine was a worry. It has an MOT till August 05 so thats a good point and I suppose that If the engine does go tits then I can make some back on breaking the car?? (Ends soon and still £310)

Whats the "reactive converter/exhaust manifold."  How much are they to replace and can you get them like a custom exhaust (uprated etc?)
