the only guy in the uk that I am aware of is Ross, his demo car is not a true space frame but the front end is, his car should be runing for next season.
The only guys I know of running true space frame cars are out in OZ. City Performance is one, there are others out there though.
Good Luck, would make an awesome project.

Thanks g11ary & Oliver

thats a nice exampal a little more suficiticated than what I was planing but extreeamly intresting I am leaning towords using the major components from a tII car including the outer pannals but whith space doubal wishbone front suspenshion to acomidate wider whells say standerd fd wheels
basicly I want it to look quite standered from the outside just a  load lighter and stifer
standerd fd wells look grate on an fc

Hope you have lots of £££\'s  :)

//www.re-amemiya.co.jp \'s latest GT-300 is a tube chassis, some of the sports sedans that run in Australia are spaceframe.

Unless you want to go GT racing (or equivalent) I don\'t think there is a need to go space frame.

I decided against it for cost //www.4rotor.com, but it is the ultimate way to build a racecar.

the FC and FD have the same size wheel and PCD ( PDC ?? )

the rears should fit fine - the fronts need spacers to stop them rubbing on the inside archs

from the yank club they all said that you need 25mm spacers - but that seems excessive in my eyes ???

that an inch spacer - you will need some serious bolts to hold it all together

let us know how you get on brett :)

The Egi\'s only have 15" as standard, but I\'m assuming the Egi hubs are the same as the TII hubs?

yep I used 1" spacers on the front and thay juat cort the arches on full compreshion woud need to use low profile tiyers on front or bumb stop\'s idearly whith standered wings also I woud use spacers on rear aswell as keeps track looking wright
the spacers I used were univesal 5sd whith stud extenshions but I woud recomend using somthing a littal more substanshal like the  sort that bolts on to hub and has its one studs coming thou between fixing studs on a hi power car I woudent trust the sot I used
