I can only speak to the FD version, and no sadly you cannot.

If you slide in the foot well and look up above the clutch pedal you will see a small tube (around 3in long) with lock nuts either end, a couple of 12mm spanners fit the nuts l think.
Undo the lock nuts and turn the tube to increase or decrease pedal travel.
