Title: Engine check...
Post by: wiggy on October 24, 2004, 09:17:43 AM
Is there anyway of checking the ECU for errors on the spazda?

I know on most modern cars you can bridge wires in the service connector to view the error codes if any stored on the ECU. Is this possible on the rex, if so how??

It came in really handy on my GT4 for checking things out.

Cheers

Does the lack of response mean no??

Looking through the manual I have it gives you the error messages like the toyota manual did )except the spazda buzzes instead of flashing the engine check light?). And the service connector looks almost the same. Surely it must be do\'able????

How do the rotary specialist check for codes? Do they have the mazda mcahine??

Cheers
