In the process of striping all the rubbish out of the engine bay at the mo. Not sure what this item is. i think it is part of the air con. Also are all the brass looking pipes round the rad and the thing infront of the condensor all air con related.

yeah that holds the air con fluid or wotever u call it i mistakenly pointed it out as air seperator tank & got educated in my ignorance as it is defo air con stuff i\'m now confident......

I should take care with that, high pressure gas! might blow your hand off, there is a bleed screw really should be used to save the gas!

The \'wiggly\' pipe in front of the radiator is the power steering, it runs near the aircon pipes so make sure you trace the pipes back before you remove any.

Cheers mate. i was gonna try and bleed it off first anyhow. dont think there is any gas in it. hole in the condensor and the guy that fitted the engine and rad in my car must have bent it at the same time.
is the s shaped one in front of the condensor unit power steering or air con then would you say
