3, can someone colour my bonnet red? I can\'t decide whether to leave it black when i get the rest of the car sprayed in red.

Hi mate,

sweet motor, a GT wing will complte the car IMHO.  Can i ask where did you get the flush bonnet pins from?

Cheers

Hi mate,

Thanks for the comment,

Never been a fan of the gt wing on an FD. I know what you mean as it would give it a more aggresive look but I prefer something that keeps the nice smooth lines..

The bonnet pins came with the bonnet, if you contact John (jetpilot) he might be able to help you.

Cheers

Donato

Is it carbon fibre...the bonnet?

If not, i think i would paint it red, if it is, then leave it......of course all IMHO :)

Dan!!

Its not carbon fibre unfortunatley. I was originally going to paint it red as im getting the whole car resprayed, but the more i look at it (and thats quite a lot! :p ) the more i think it looks nice with a black bonnet...

If they\'re the locking flush pins then you are after the "GE66" Grayston bonnet locking pins which i think you can only buy from (or at least only place i could find) http://www.speedshack.co.uk  & can be seen on http://www.graystonengineering.com/lock%20assembled%20main.htm
Quick google http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008\' target=\'_blank\'>http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_8_11v.gif\' border=0> you maybe able to get from http://www.ears.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Boot___Bonnet_Springs___Fasteners_87.html  also
