Oh yeah, few weird things from yesterday :

Signal from CAS, what kind of voltage it should be? And most importantly, what kind of " back noise" is acceptable? Cause signal is bit noisy during idle atleast...

Also, my intakes vacuum is abit low, according to ecus data. In what are it should be?

And thirdly, made me wonder why we even bothered to try to get it running with stock spark plugs. Cause they where completely covered with fuel, base map is so rich...

Anyhoo, next I have to clean lambda sensor. And configurate it again. Also, turn idle higher. And those oil leaks too

At least you have a list of things to tackle, one thing at a time and you'll get them all sorted.

Can't help with the CAS question tho  :(

Thanks sir. Trying to figure out those.

I just went thru data, and seems like CAS signal is better than last time we tryed to start it. And most importantly, back noise is much much smaller. Im not sure if it really matters cause ecu can pickup that crank signal from CAS anyways...

What confuses me at this point is my manifold pressure. At idle its 80kPa MAP 2000rpm when it should be around 60. Cant be from overlap. Only reason that we can think of is that I have manifold/intake leak somewhere. And I cant understand where it could be...

Update :

Have done little research. So that back noise seems not to be a problem. One dude explained to me how this ecu works. So, that case sorted...

As for intake vacuum, current values shouldnt be problem. However, I have tryed to check those intake leaks too...

But then those oil leaks. I hurted my back abit on saturday, so I havent been able to get under the car. But back is getting better, so I reckon that I will be check those later this week

Ah back pain is a killer. You just can't move or get comfy . Mine went once changing plugs on my old scooby, came out in a cold sweat and needed Misses to help me move! Couldn't move for a week let alone finish the job and drive Hope it eases up soon, take it easy

Yes, my back is totalled. Im 43 now, and it has been crap since I was 25...

Pain comes and goes. Last 10 has been quite ok cause my job wasnt that hard on my back. However, some times it just pops...

Back in, umm, I think it was 4-5 years ago, we were coming to UK, to Rotarystock 11. In plane, I just tryed to lift my daughter so she can see some views. And I heard pop... Hour in plane, customs, car rental, drive from Gatwick to Billing. Damn what an agony, especially cause rental car had really crap seats.
Went to local drug store. Three sales ladys were somewhat in panic, they wanted to call ambulance. "Gimme some fricin drugs, Im ok"!... Actually your farmacys drugs are quite good and cheap compared to ours So, some hard self medicating, and I was good to go on show day. I wasnt going to get my holiday with my friends, gone waste. No back pain or stupid rain will not slow me down
