What's your manifold made of Jarno, from experience if driving hard wrapping the manifold isn't a good move as it holds too much heat there leading to failure. I normally coat and heatshield only pre-turbo and then wrap post turbo on the downpipe.

Its "black" water line pipe. Really hard and thick wall stuff. I think its 3mm. Some local guys here uses it alot. Cheap, and tough.

Well, yesterday when I run out off that new wrapping, I thought I could do "half warp" to manifold. This manifold was used and made by my friend and it was ok. He used it about year. However, my biggest consern is how to flush hot air out of the engine bay...

Do you have pics from yours?

Time is running out...

Well, yesterday I hadnt had time much for FC. I hade to make my campervan ready for weekend...

But I had some time. To realize that stock radiator and cooler I have, wont fit. Like, no way to go with these...

Also, I have to pull apart fuel rails. I dont like how they fit with injectors. Bolt on parts, my arse...

One step forward, two step back

I have - 97 Fiat Ducato based short Euramobile.

Got it last august. Realized that I have to have one cause, last year we, me and bro travelled quite abit in rallycrosses, and sometime we had kids with us

And yes, there is decent amount of space for beer
