Yep, Karhu is the best  :great:  :occasion14:

Congrats for 10k sir  :13:

I used to drive Audis and Beemers. Repairing them all the time started to piss me off. Every time when some thing happened, or you went to MOT, it cost 1000€... Ridicilous...

We have had Toyotas 9 years now. Ok, they are not Audis and Beemers, drive like shit, cheap plastic everywhere, and so on... But they work like a  dream. Within 9 years, wifes 2002 Corolla 1,4L repair costs were less than 1000€ easily. I had that Rav4 about 5 years, repair cost were some thing like 700€ in that time period...

And ofcourse then there are running costs, taxes, fuel and so on. Toyotas are very cheap to run...  ^-^

Well, 531 were in 2 and 7 seriers. And that 16v was in 7 and 9. Volvo used them alot in different models so it needs to be checked from engine it self..

No joys on the cylinder head so far bud, been spending my breakfast time at work taking a peek over the Internet, there's nothing at carmas or Kidderminster car dismantlers, both are local to me.

The one place probably doesn't know what a Volvo is?!?! They strip all the starter motors and alternators off the cars and put them in this huge wooden shelving system. Each shelf labelled with each car manufacturer.....

The one shelf said "RENO"  :sign0085: :dontknow: ......

I think this may represent Renault lollll

Anyway, how's the turbo install coming along, not seen you around for a while..........

Ok, no problemo. Im not sure how common old Volvos are in UK. But one is for sure, those parts must be much cheaper there than here...

Got my header from welder yesterday. Its not pretty but I quess it works. Waiting some stuff from ebay. I reckon I can do test fit today...

Last couple of days I have been busy because of those rotary rallycross rules. Now I can put my focus on my car. Time is running out. Rallycross season starts 10.5...

Actually its basically same turbo that Clive has... For rotary its quite medium size... To be honest, I think its quite big too

Cant get injectors to fit to new fuel rail. O rings are too tight and I think rail sits too high

Slow progress...

Turned turbo compression housing a little anticlockwise, so now I think bonnet closes for sure
