Have a good look at the hoses going onto the intercooler as this is the most likely reason for the struggle to make boost.

Worth knowing that on this link you will find a workshop manual for your car and any other Rotary.

I have tryed to look those hoses as good as I can. Its just ridicilous how much there is hoses and stuff is in FCs engine bay  :)) I have done some research and found those most likely to be faulty points. Unfortunately I dont know crap about turbo cars  :'(

One dude said that maybe turbo is gone/going, but for some reason I dont think so...

I did know one of those pages. But that other I didnt know. So thanks Sir :)

Here is small vid that shows how boost behaves

When you remove the Intercooler check the small hose on the back & the alloy pipe as they can be fragile & the rubber hose cab get brittle.
Also, make sure all the small Vacuum hoses underneath. Make sure the TPS wiring connector is clean & good order.

You should have a diagnostic box where you can hook up a bulb and get  flashing fault codes.

Need todo that diag box test. 1 link and 1 bulb..will flash if it has logged a sensor fault and flash code will tell what it is...be online.
If no codes then not an eleccy sensor fault.

Im afraid to do it, cause I dont know how...,

But I really think its some solenoid or something like that problem, cause sometimes boost raises to 0,2, sometimes nothing...
