OK you have a base map but please do not show the car any boost till you have some proper mapping carried out by someone who knows what they are doing,

One tip I give to people is to pull an intercooler pipe off so the turbo cannot put any boost into the engine.

This lets you drive the car to a Dyno to get the car properly mapped.
All the best Clive

Yes Sir, I will not. Boost will be off, revs limited to 4000, and lots of safety features making sure that engine will be healthy. Afterall I have no money to rebuild it again

Plan for tuning is to go to my friends dyno. He has dynoed rotarys before. For mapping and ignition setup, two friends will come too. Rotary expert and ecu expert. Ecu expert knows Adaptronic and actually has one on his -99 Rs FD...

Jarno if your stuck for local tuners and get gauges on fuel pressure etc and a decent wideband there's options for remote tuning either live on a local dyno or over a number of days via datalogs.

Plan is to get lots of gauges and sensors connected to ecu...

Actually,  Im not that conserned about tuning. Those guys are quite good. Those dudes found problems with professional tuners works...

Im more worried that will my engine work even...

One thing that I cant undertand is that my car is supposed to be later model S5. Still it has thin cast irons?

Anyhoo, every one says that those thin casts will brake easily. And should be studded or dovelled. Still, I have seen lots of FCs making massive power without stud/dovel mods. And I bet they all cant be thick casting versions... Thoughts? Kev?

Started to prep rotors today. One ready, one more to go...

0,15mm side seal clearence... I hate doing those...

Because Im not sure which was rear rotor before, desided that heavier one will be rear rotor now...
