i have a nagging doubt in my head that there is summit up with my front brakes...id locked up front left at bobbies too when it was dry earlier on car has never done that b4...i spent abit of time checking the discs yesterday and all good...the brake shudder was getting worse with use 3 laps bad come in cool down and ok again...its does not fit with warped disc scenario. Ive never felt the Abs system working in my car road or track perhaps it was and i never felt it and it was making me look good lol...thats been 1 of the best things of the FD the big AP's on the front are awesome every passenger has said the brakes are amazing....perhaps damaging the front abs sensor wire and not replacing was a little fool hardy i assumed with some googling and prior knowledge that the system would just shutdown....id pulled 60a ABS fuse out.
or it was just wet and i locked up but they dont feel right and the brake shudder is bad.

What about wheel bearings? If they’re knackered then they can cause a lot of problem.

Wheels not balanced?

Check the bonnet figment where the latch is, I had a bump in my FD, low speed but hit a car and there was no serious damage but the front soft bit, including the headlight bits had moved but it’s really not noticeable.

I only found out after a split appeared in my carbon fibre bonnet that the front was bent as it was causing the bonnet too twist when latched.

Glad to see taking off the wings shows that they were actually in need of removing and cleaning all the rusty dust and muck from underneath!!

A cage is a great idea btw

Finished stripping done..
Pop up mech ok headlight no
Headlight cover can be repaired.
Wing is off and toast.
Did some bending and soft front will go back.
Plan to Geo this week and source a red wing for a datum...front bumper has gone back pulled out needs abit more.

Its all moved over a tad..not worried about that...get it through geo...then hammer back together lol...no latch to worry about and the bonnet fit  is awful so work around.
Gonna try some new pads think these have ebc have had it...theres nothing else it could be.

Nose has taken big hit, looks quite funky actually...  8)
