RX8 Coil Labelling
« on: March 13, 2015, 07:56:16 AM »
My new coils are numbered 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 and...1-1. Does the extra 1-1 matter, should it be a 1-4?
Now, personally, I like a car with some sort of character.

Don't worry they all operate in exactly the same way and there's no order they bolt onto the car.

Hopefully you have genuine coils as fake or non mazda coils tend not to let the car run properly  :-[
All the best Clive

They have Mazda packaging with the code N3H1-18-100B-9U and came from here ;) I was reading a forum thread where someone said the coil baseplate has the aforementioned numbers on it. Thought I'd better check since it's Friday the 13th ;D
