Importing old RX from Usa?
« on: August 20, 2014, 04:12:47 AM »
Well, I have tryed to get my friend to rotarys. We have been talking about importing car from Usa. And from east too...

I have found few nice ones in Usa, for example rx-2 coupe only 8000$ in ebay. So my question is that how much that car would be worth here in europe?

Also, I just found this one:

the only thing that i can thing would make it worth less money here, is that it would be left hand drive coming from the US.

Exactly Steve, right hand drive would be better for UK, but then if that car is left hand drive, it would have potential buyers in all of europe. But my point is that which version would be more desirable?

The market isn\'t that great in Europe..
i\'ve not seen an old RX model going for over 10k euro in a long time, more like 6-8

you would have to find an absolute steal for it to be worth shipping it over.

if you find your personal dreamcar maybe, but not for trading

Surely with such a rare car your not going to have a lot of choice when it comes to optional extras?
