im pretty sure thats not been done with a correct rotary tester :(

I dont even understand what that chart even means !

It should show 3 readings per rotor, one for each face so six in total.
 
A genuine rotary engine compression tester is the only way to get a proper reading.

That looks like  compression  test of a v8 to me
if i had 8 hour to cut down a tree. i`d spend 6 sharpening the axe
