Right RX7, we can finally confirm how and who's to blame for the engine popping miles after the rebuild.
We diagnosed water seal failure due to it instantly pressuring even from cold and blowing coolant everywhere but on tear down all the water seals were good,
The outer seals were pinched but that wouldn't have put coolant into the combustion chamber.
Upon closer inspection the housing had cracked in the spark plug recess causing a massive failure,
What does this mean? This means more money and parts and hopefully pretty soon a running rx7
