Ok, hes done deflood and e shaft reset. So it really seems that engine is gone. He already contacted Clive...

I'm guessing, you mean  Peter Larsson who sent me a big engine parts shopping list for three types of Rotary engines  ;)

Yes, he asked me too. I do know your delivery prices, but I had massive hangover so didnt have change to answer him back in time...

Yep, we have had lots of broke downs lately. Seems like every 8 is coming to rebuild age...

Found it 5 mins woohoo...earth bar on ecu box...melted case a tad that has made the earth connection loose...and on wiggly can hear a relay chatter that i suspect is egi relay for throttle fly by wire...so redo and rinse repeat.

So loosened off some more and can get relay chattering bigtime and electrical whine from throttle going off...does not generate a code...
Had this b4 with misfire and my ecu is from an early car that did not have all the fault codes loaded....ill have a chat with Nick13b  get my spare ecu off to him as newer with these additional fault codes loaded and my idle rpm mod.

Lol...needs a splitter to negate the understeer now ideally..think if i put a big wing on rear would just slow me down.
