Thats looks the dogs mate, serious bit of kit

Id be interested to be see how much downforce the front splitter offers

I think the "snow plough" would be better at removing all the turbluent air after the front wheels.

Only what Ive read though,

Well..........

I finally did it, I spent all morning reading your thread, 3 cups of coffee, a sandwich. Oh and I got paid as well to sit in my office....

Jon, firstly I take my hat off to you. You've had more ups and downs than a fiddlers elbow!!!

You've come close to throwing the towel in more than once, stupid race rules for rotaries, a Honda engine????? and 2 blown bearings.

You sir deserve a medal! as for the comments on going bald from pulling your hair out! well at least you have the option! started losing mine at 25 !

Don't even get me going on you upsetting the corner weights at 78kgs, I so need a diet ! I cant even remember being 78Kg.  :angry5: :angry5:

Anyway, I have a plethora of questions, but ill stick them on the Rotus thread than clogging up yours.

p.s. glad ya kept the westy and the power plant  :icon_thumleft:

Oil surge caused the blown bearings ?

Yep x2 occurences of rear rotor bearing and others fine...so either oil surge or inbalance due to high sustained rpm...
Go full bridge Jamie...im street ported now...defo a differences no negatives atall...smooth idle.

Ok, duly noted on the porting, Ill bow down to your better judgement!

Lightened flywheel as well?

I take it the gated sump is working touch wood? would you recommend similar or mainly just for your application?

Sorry for the million questions.....just planning

If going on track and gonnabe quick...then defo...plated or gated...i have not bothered with leightweight flywheel or uprated clutch...cars light dont need it.

Ok thats money saved on the flywheel and clutch  :icon_thumleft:

Im under no illusions..... I dont think it will ever be "Jon quick" lol ....but hopefully no slouch either.

When you mean plated Im presuming you mean the baffle similar to what Jarno fitted to his.....

Just stuck my noggin under the car, looking at below I think Ive got room for a gated one if need be.

Decisions decisions, im all for keeping things simple......
