rear pads
« on: September 06, 2010, 03:54:40 PM »
Guys, just wanting to now your opinion on this... I\'ve just uprated my front brakes to a set of 330mm drilled discs & Ap racing 4 pot calipers, I know they are running the ferodo pads, prety sure they are the DS2500, but what do you recon I should run on the rear?? The same 2500 pad or a different compound to level out the braking??

The car is only used on the street so no real heavy work done as far as the brakes are consernd!

Cheers
Jono

I didn\'t like the price of the Ferrodo stuff so went for the Racing brake rear pads. Running Hawk HPS on 356mm K-sport up front but haven\'t even been able to see how they rate because cars in bits.

I have a set of rear DS2500 pads.  I fitted them to a customers car, and then he decided to go for the bigger callipers on the back.  Perfect condition and never turned a wheel, but it is noticable that they have been fitted to a car.

If you are interested you can have them at £10 off the retail price.
