2+2 and 2 seater differences?
« on: May 18, 2004, 11:53:43 AM »
Hi

Im new here since today because Im currently researching the RX-7 topic because I was allways fascinated with the looks and the technics behind the car. Currently I try to get all information for the different models together so that I can decide what I want. The only thing I cant seem to find are pictures of the interieur.

Can someone please post some pictures of the interieur of the different versions? Im really interested in pictures of the backseats or if its a 2 seater of the cargo bins.

Thanks

Hello,

As far as im aware, the uk cars have bins and the Japanese imports have the back seats, i dont think its model specific.

Dont quote me on that though! :)

Its is, Type R2, RZ etc are 2 seaters along with the UK cars.

Best thing to do is look at the sticky model guide for whats in which model.

Yes I already checked this out and I know of the differences now but I really would like to see pictures of the two versions if it could be possible.

I would import a car because Im from germany so no UK models for me.

I see these backseats arent usefull and I think I could get more things in there if there are storage bins. I really would like one of the models with the bilstein suspension and so on but these dont have A/C and its getting warmer even here ;)

The ones with Bilstein suspension do have aircon - I\'ve got one!  Think they all had it, no matter what spec.  It hasn\'t got cruise control or airbags on either side, but its all in the name of weight saving!!:D

He\'s a pic of what the interior is like, not a great shot of the bins but you can sort of make them out.

Hope this helps!!

Damm those seats are nice. Can you drive longer trips on them or is it too hard?

So you got one of these R2 models right?
