Don\'t think the do a mushroom type, the Apexi ones are similar to the K&N filters in shape & contruction.... fine stainless mesh eather side of a red cotton fabric!! realy nice looking bits of kit & totaly reusable! the bonus is, they dont flake & fall apart like the HKS foam ones (the flaking is what I have been told by a few people)

you\'re better off on the stock airbox than those nasty HKS things, they let in so much dirt and crap.

There\'s an old Apexi kit that incorporates the hardpipes into the filter unions...that is, the long pipe that goes back to the turbos themsleves is all one piece with the rounded part the filter bolts to like in that link you posted. But I think that style was discontinued a while back, you generally only see the newer design like in your link. Sometimes see the older ones on eBay from Jap sellers, or occaisionally on here. Not much difference in performance, just in looks really and you don\'t have to faff about with hardpipes and extra joiners.

The Amemiya kit is one that has just a single massive foam filter cage...in pink with blue mesh IIRC :3Confused Sorry about the crap pic, only one I could quickly snaffle. Supposed to be very good, but you\'ll still have the problem of either having to get separate hardpipes or use the stock flexi corrugated rubber ones.

Just get that new Apexi one you spotted. They\'re very good, and look especially nice with all the casings sanded smooth and polished :Thumbs-up Old pic of mine, please forgive the non-colour matched air pipes :o

Don\'t know if you\'re interested but I\'ve just put my Apexi filters up for sale on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&item=330336928867

Not sure what they\'ll go for, just need to sell them on.

Cheers
