Just to update i have took my UIM off and there they are 2 wafer thin pipes that have been jammed and hardened into position under the uim, looks liek someone has tried to repair the boost problem and ended up doing this. now do i put it back with just these 2 replaced carefully, or swap out the whole lot. i know i should do the lot but....time is not in my favor.

Another quick one, if i do replace just these 2 and put it back together. can i tie the flapper open and see if it runs non seq? without doing anything else? or is this a very bad idea? why?
