Hi, trying to sort the wiring on the rotary bug. I have converted from EFI to carb and dont want to use the ECU or anything anymore.
So i have a dizzy like the one shown below:

Now it has ignitors and i think each has three connections. How do i wire these up without using the ECU?
something like this OK?


In which case how do i determine which of the connections requires ignition live feed and which requires connecting to the negative side of the coil?

I cant see the pic. But I am very very interested because I am going to have the same dilemma soon on my RX-2 --- I will be buying and electronic Dizzy, and igniters and I will need to wire it all up somehow.

I found this on AusRotary:

Wires from the S2 dizzy go to,
Yellow with blue trace to trail coil -
Yellow with green trace to lead coil -
Black with white trace to both coil +
White with Red trace to +12V

okey dokey. Makes sense. So theres one positive feed to the coil(s) and thats it. The negative side of the coil comes from each of the ignitors and the black and white are ignition 12V wires from the battery/ignition switch.
