Just bought a new car off Miguel, a Panspeed tuned, big single turbo FD. Looks wicked, I cant wait to get it! I just couldnt live without the FD\'s fuel consumption so I bought another one :D

Apart from the bonnet its very subtle for the mods it has.  You know you want to let me have the bonnet so you can make it a real sleeper ;)

Cheers

Dude. it is a very nice car.

I was at his yard recently and saw that car.
I had a good look over it Its a very clean Rx7.
The engine layout is very good and the engine sounds really nice.
You wont be dissapointed. I was thinking about it myself.

Sleeper! Its loud. I dont think you\'ll be sleeping too much. :D

Cheers, what sort of turbo did you think it has? Miguel reckons its bigger than a t04 but he wasnt sure which one it was.
Do you reckon it has uprated injectors/fuel pump also - I guess it must do but I am not sure.

I have had a few Panspeed tuned cars now. The turbo looks like a TO4S (which is medium sized turbo), It also has a Blitz Boost controller, underdive pulleys, water temp gauge, rad shoud, front mount, stock rad, HKS induction, I guess it will have a remapped standard ecu.
It will proberly not have larger or additional injectors, just a pressure reg, and fuel pump, proberly a bnr33.

Sorry Dude cant remember exactly,

He had another I was more interested in.
But I just remember how well it was laid out.
I didnt dig around under there.
I think It was a bit bigger than TO4 But I cant remember either.

All good things come to those who wait grasshopper.

Bigger than a TO4? A TO4 doesnt really exist, It is an incomplete code, that doesnt indictate the full size of the turbo.
I think you mean bigger than a TO4E.

Cheers, Ross.

You are pretty much right! only thing I am not sure about is the boost controller, Miguel has not mentioned it to me. It also has an uprated radiator.

What do you think of Panspeed cars?
What will the map be like? Would you recomend fitting a power FC and larger injectors etc. or just drop the boost to 0.9 bar or something?

Panspeed are good. Hopefully it is ported then it willl be very good.
I would not go power FC and bigger injectors. The map from Panspeed will be damn good, they do tons of these conversions. I would imagine that the car is set up for .8 of a bar. You will need to have it checked on a wideband to see if it has enough fuel to run more boost.
Also you may encounter some other little probs, when turning boost up, but you tuner should be able to sort these out.
