I\'m about to pull the engine on my girlfriends 89 NA, I\'ll measure up the banjos when I do (hopefully this weekend or early next week) and post the results, unless any of the stats bods beat me to it! lol

I can have a look tonight. I\'m guessing they are around M16 as they are massive great things.
Need to sort out some new banjo\'s and fitting for mine soon.

the standard banjo\'s are 16mm or 18mm depending on the age of the cooler (got this from Ausrotary) best bet is to measure what you have or better still take the connector when you get the lines made up.
I couldn\'t get the bolts undone to check them today they are now soaking in penetrating oil so I hope they will come off soon.
Yes please on the pump etc. BTW

I\'ll be matching the standard stuff when i get round to it. Usually let the hydralic place decide on the exact spec, just let them know what temp and pressure and they should sort it ... it\'s pretty light duty compared to what they are used to.

dunno yet ... somthing well above the normal oil pressure and temp. (last ones I specced were for a pinto and a 1600 Lada engine)
Pretty sure the hose I got last time was way way overspecced in terms of pressure (it will say on the spec sheet)

If you guys need hoses for oil coolers then gimmie a shout i work for a hydraulic hose company and can sort them out for you much cheaper than you\'d pay over the counter! You\'ll have to let me know the spec and size of the end fittings n i\'ll sort it for you!:Thumbsup!
