Whoa!! See what you mean!- no one needs that!

Grinder- I\'m looking around the £1-1500mark, wanna keep as cheap as poss really and depends on the sale of my Puma.
Would this intrest you??

On the suspension front- whats available for the FC, again the cheaper end of the market. Guess coilovers are just as much as an FD setup??

Yopu would be suprised coilover wise, i thought they were hard to come by a few months back but i have sources now (2 of my good friends a tuning company) D2 coilovers can be had for around 700. Megan racing are about to start knocking out fc coilovers for around 500 quid or so.. the list goes on :)

Think I\'m going to enjoy the ownership of an FC, if I get one! Much, much cheaper than FD parts!!

Mind you, I reckon I could get some pretty good deals by buying things for both cars at the same time! :chat (here\'s hoping anyway)

 :cheers

All the UK cars had 4 piston claipers at the front and single piston at the rear.  Pretty certain they all had the larger discs too.
Rear calipers are prone to going tits up btw.

Ebay.com is an invaluable source of cheap FC goodies :D

If you end up with Stu\'s car then its a bargain at £1500, its had all the basic mods done now, so other than the DTSS it would stand you in good stock for the future.

right then - i have thought long and hard about this - and im not selling the TII - sorry if i got your hopes up matey

there is no point me getting an FD in the middle of winter - so gonna wait till next summer to sort it all out ( and the fact that i turn 30 next year so that will help with the insurance )

sorry again - but its the best way for me at the moment - i will keep my eyes open for you though ... i can prob get you an EGI ( C reg ) - with 41K on the clock for about £500 - £1000 if that helps ?

No worries Stu

I Gotta sell my Puma 1st anyway\'s!

But please do keep your eyes open, would consider T2 and EGI\'s aslong as body is sound and not rooted away, and that the engine runs good.

I would plan to overhaul things like suspension, interior and exterior ASAP whatever, so not as worried about these aspects.

Who else is considering selling/know of cars up for sale???

Cheers Rich

Bit on and off really- When I first got my FD (back in june) I put it up for sale, with a high asking price as I wasnt really in a rush to sell. Then after running both cars for abit found it was affordable, so decided to keep as my daily driver.

Has only really been back up for sale for a week or so on various car related websites, inc a puma one I used to be a member of.
Think this week it will go on autotrader and poss ebay....
