Not sure what I was expecting the side housings to look like but...

Not sure about the peripheral exhaust port in the rotor housing - comparison of port timing compared to the REW I guess - as I think was concluded on Kai where the pic was lifted from.

Hey Rich!

Looks like they may have put a normal RX-7 rotor housing on it, and done some port work on the renesis housing (opening them up ever so slightly).

Yeah, by REW I meant FD rotor housing.

Cant say as I\'ve actually seen a pic of the stock Renesis side housings. The ports in the pic are strangely shaped, not smoothed out as you\'d expect in an extend port in an FD plate for e.g.?? whats that all about then?

the trouble with that setup is there aren\'t any O ring grooves for the water seals anymore.

I\'m sure it wouldn\'t be too hard to fix that with a CNC mill though
