Anyone know what shade of red, the paint is on a red fd3 1992
Lead me not into temptation, I can find it myself...
But i can always do with some help now due to, my advancing years!

Theres a colour code on the id plate in the drivers door.

Be careful, there are 2 reds, Classic Red, and Vintage Red, so make sure you use the code thats on the VIN plate.

I dont think it would matter what shade of red you get, as paint work from that age of red would have faded in to a nice pinky red by now.

This is unless you are going for a complete re-spray.

If you are taking it to a bodyshop they should be able to look it up and mix it for you??
