yeah i had same basically there\'s a plastic bit which shears off/snaps (the green bit you can just see on the pikky) drops down (as per arrow in pik) & then isn\'t pushing against owt...hopefully you have sum resistance & it\'s not totally fooked? Basically if you can get someone to push down on the bonnet while your pulling it & it may/should still open. Mine also popped out the pully handle thing so ended up having to do it with sum wire grippy thingy & required pulling VERY hard but as i say this is much easier if you have sum1 pushing bonnet down at same time. NB as long as they aint so retarded as to stop pushing when it does pop/release..................
Presuming that is feasible & works i found it a good plan to whack a couple of cable ties round the cable to hold it kinda where it should be as beautifully drawn on attached pikky

Then get your chosen expert to fit a new one not overly expensive as i recall.....
If that fails i believe the pros should be able to pop it from underneath sqeezing inbetween the intercooler etc but dunno how easy that is & wasn\'t an option with mine cause no room c/o silly bodykit
lol fortunately the above technique works for me till i could get it replaced.......

PS check all fluids when you do get access & top up so you dont have to keep doing it........
PPS thinking about it it will have no resistance inside becase you need to pull it further to pop it so you will probably need to unhook it (if it hasnt already) then pull with all yer might......
