as i say not very helpfull so hardly worth a post in the FAQ or such like but a few pix i took while my rear wheel bearing was being changed earlier today:

A) take a car & make it look like it\'s got big ass drag tyres on the rear (AKA jack up in the necessary way)

OK wheel off as i recall there\'s basically 3 things (AB & C) which need unbolting removing etc to free up the hub:

a nice lightweight ally hub (check bearing aint wrong un mazda have fooked up :

then erm kinda forget about camera while nice mechanic fello takes bearing round the corner to a suitable press to pop bearing out of hub & new un back in (read Si went to have KFC while mechanic did this so seriously lacking any imagery but erm (blue Peter mode on) get an adult to help you with this bit http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008_ZS\' target=\'_blank\'>http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_5_10.gif\' border=0> or sumin.....lol
Then erm (read lack of imagery continues) reassemble in reverse order to before & yer sorted.
I did spray me disc with zinc ally paint while it was off to stop it rusting & looking rank later as per (yes i no callipers next):

how do you tell if the wheel bearing has gone..?
will the car pull to one side or get a constant humming / grinding kinda noise?

i got my tyres changed a while back n after the tyre was changed theres this weird noise. thinking is wheel bearing but maybe tracking??

With the FB there was a severe grinding noise from the passenger side when going round a roundabout quickly.
