Just check map sensor is still plugged in to the inlet.  This would cause it to run rough....

getting a key should be easier than that...most jap cars have a number on the drivers barrel that you can make a key off so no need to change lock set...ignition barrel is not that easy to get off if you are a novice, as it uses sheer bolts so you have to chisel the bolts off.. im guesstimating it goes for 1200 to 1400 plus add fees when it finishes...

Its probably missing key as the engine is knackered so owner has kept it back, it has a reserve on it so no guarantee you will get it even if you win it...

rats nest is different, Oil Metering pump and jets are different, loom, turbo crossover pipe is is pretty similar....thanks

Have an engine from an earlier model, can\'t remember the year but I think it\'s a 95\' certain it\'s 8 bit anyway.

Have almost stripped the 16 bit engine and hopefully do the 8 bit tomorrow aswell.

Plan was to take whatever parts i need from 16 bit and put on older engine to suit 1997 car.

Just wondering if anyone has a guide or a heads up as to what to expect to change?

From a quick glance I can see the loom obviously needs changing and the electronics/plumbing that control the turbos.

A friend has these. Feed style.  If you want a complete rear qtr panel there a few options but they are rivit on and look a bit odd..ill try and dig out Pics of complete qtr ones.  These are the feed style ones...

The brake Discs will fit as they are the same stud pattern but the calipers wont .  You will need an adapter to make the caliper fit...

ordinarily id be inclined to agree.  If it were a bigger turbo i could understand, but the gt35 is known for its good spool up times, so gives a similar punch to a good working set of twins..  The twin turbo although good at 14 years old on a 2000 spec car its really coming to the end of its life...rats nest pipes cracking etc...i just like the simplified nature of a single...The car is modified yes, but all in the right places...However if you could pick up a late spec for 6k then i\'d understand...ive seen 2 go through in the last 18 months at that price...ive not seen the newera one tbh...

i cant see why this doesnt tick all the boxes for you.  Far superior than any standard rx you will find. Simple single turbo, no overcomplicated rats nest, better engine management, better cooling, better looks, wheels, better brakes etc....And a perfect car to transform into a track car should you want.... A rebuilt engine from a reputable builder and its a late spec car...YOU would be MAD not to buy this....

The owner is not a friend of mine but you can see he is a true enthusiast....
