thats kinda what i was guna try & do by sticking sum pressure in the pipe so it thought it was over .5 bar or so & should work, if not then obviously with kmy skills i\'ll need to get my wallet out & get sum1 with knowledge to check such things

stupid question mode on (yes my specialist subject) how do you test for what with WI cause i think mine has stopped doing it\'s funky thing judgiung from the intake temps not going down now when i give it some boost. Unscrewed the actual nozzle & i can blow thru it so presume it\'s not blocked (awaits to be told wrong) & it has water in bottle. HGaven\'t checked for any loose pipes etc as yet but is there an easy way to test various bits. I recall Pip used a hand held thing he plumbed into pipes to squeeze & give boost without engine being on, was suggested elsewhere i kud try a footpump with small adapter to do this but seemed a bit bodge to me....
Guess there\'s not much to go on but any cunning plans or help wood be appreciated?

(si realises you already said/knew that & gets coat....lol) but yes sure standard springs would help no end & probably be a lot more comfortable than a lot of the harsher lower suspension set ups especially on low profile 18s. I recall Clive saying tein flex etc were better still as i know the HA\'s are a bit on the rock solid side even on soft setting, anyway gob shyte mode off.......

in a word yes, i try to avoid nasty looking speed humps & it does occasionally just lightly catch on the drive when coming out the garage hence why i wetnt with suspension wound all the way up. Was really bad on the old & low suspension i had on remember the first night i drove the car back at night having driven 3 hours from kent to get stuck on the little gate post in the middle of the drive, was less funny as it\'s between 2 houses & i had to climb out the boot to see what it had caught on (1 hacksaw later it didnt catch anymore lol)

Anyway generally why would you have more probs with 18\'s if anything the overall diameter of the wheels should be slightly larger than 17s & thus be higher & catch less than 17s? Not much if you\'ve got the proper low profile tyres but still?

mine on 18"s not standard suspension but tein HA\'s wound all the way up so cant be that far off standard if not a bit higher...:

dunno wav matey but have one on mine & it is sweet as you\'d have to ask Pip if there was anything complicated about setting it up but dont recall there was anything daft. i leave it on lower or wotever settign then just turn knob to whatever %age level you know gives boost you want, i find 26% gives me standard .8 bar kinda boost which is max i ever go rest of time i turn it right down when it\'s warming up & cooling down & wet & er anything else which scares me lol

as above it aint expensive so why not use the battery top up stuff cant hurt.....although that is a pints worth of beer money sod it
