Old school parts and motors / Wanted: 74 Mazda RX4 Front Windshield
« on: May 13, 2012, 11:08:16 AM »
We have come to an agreement with Pilkington glass and we now able to supply new, RX-2 RX-3 RX-4, Gen 2 and coming soon heated front RX-8 window screens.

These are not to be confused with "other" screens on the market that are made in China as these have all the correctly approved  safety markings on them.

kbken62 we have a brand new blue tinted screen in stock, but will need to check shipping prices as glass will be expensive to ship.

This may help :)

I was going to post this "overhaul kit" in our section tonight for 6 / FD01-26-220 & 2  / FD01-26-230  pillow ball bushes and dust boots

---------------------------------------------------------------------

As you may know Mazda will want £72.39 per bush with £6.12 for the dust boots inc vat

=  £579.12 or £628.08 with the boots

We can get this down to £54 per bush with £4.80  for the dust boots inc vat.

=  £432.00  or £470.40  with the boots

This saves you either £147.12 or £157.68 with the boots.

Rotary and General Chit-Chat / Car Wax?

We also sell Speed Demon Detailer Spray

This is the only product you need when you go to shows or are out and about

Use Speed Demon on your dusty car and your jaw will drop. It’s not magic, but using it is the closest you’ll get to being a magician!

Spray it on the surface, glass and chrome between wax sessions to keep your car looking brilliant. Dusty car? Doesn’t matter. Dust particles are suspended so they never touch the surface, ever. It gives your car a brilliant shine, blocks contaminants and UV rays, has no buildup, no streaks and lasts three times longer than other spray detailers (thanks to high levels of #1 Carnauba wax).

They do exactly what they say on the bottle and are very easy and quick to use with excellent results.

The products were developed by real car guys not by a marketing department.

2nd generation RX-7's / Spark plug and fan question
« on: September 21, 2010, 09:54:54 PM »
Hi Mark,

Your new fan set up will be fine, the purpose of the old shroud was to make sure the fan drew air through the rad properly because the fan was so far away from the radiator,

Plugs are fine, you have probably found two plugs with a hotter heat range than the other two, this would just have been a preferential thing by the previous owner.

If you going to run your car good and hard like I think you will, then you will need 9\'s all round as supplied .

Hope this helps
