Am loving this thread Garath. There is certainly a very good case for keeping it stock with the odd asthetic improvement along the way.

It\'s a big deal if the item you\'ve bought in good faith turns out to be misrepresented.
It\'s happened to me too and it\'s happening a little too frequently here.

A few people need some re educating .....:2Mad

You say that the clutch has gone. Have you checked the clutch assembly ie pressure plate and disc?

Ask your local motor factor to check the Blueprint parts catalog for master and /or slave cylinder.

Also, you could try www.rockauto.com , www.blackdragonauto.com and for more local help www.rx7fb.com

Seriously Mick, T2 motor into a FB is a big question with bigger answers. Get yourself over to
www.re7fb.com
introduce yourself and you\'ll find some answers.
And could you post up some pics of your FB while it still resembles a TWR edition? Sounds like you have bigger plans for the future.

www.rx7fb.com obviously LOL

Wow! Rear window demister eh? New fangled tech stuff hehe

Thanks Carl, i\'d love to. I\'m moving house in about 2 weeks and after then i\'ll be quite near to your place and i\'ll give you a shout so I can pop in.

Dad\'s old racer was originally a Celebration model, i\'ve still got the centre caps from two of the wheels from it. They make nice paperweights in the office for now ;)

Both specs were pre wired for the heated rear window. You\'ll find the wire in the boot under the rear shelf (spade connector I think). Mine was a Super Deluxe but no heated screen. Found the power wire and connected a stick on heated element instead (and I haven\'t seen those for many a decade either).
There was no separate switch, on/off was via the blower switch

The lines that he has are for a S2 so wrong thread for yours.  They came from this supplier in Canada    http://stores.ebay.co.uk/GT-Autosport

I got a set from them for my S3.

I\'ve sent you a txt re suspension bits. It\'s all available in the UK, just depends on how much you want to spend. You can still find bushes thru Ebay.(SuperPro does FB bushes)EBay will find you KYB shocks and a selection of lowering springs too.

If you want to go super low, you need to do bushes and also look at an adjustable watts link setup to stop that from binding under load.
Brake upgrades are harder to find as the S3 setup differs from S1 and 2.

Clive has brake bits and suspension upgrades.... once again depends what you want to spend and what you want to achieve.

This is the part you need Mick http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LANCIA-THE...item20be6d59ea

Very important that you get the correct temperature range, this one is spot on. Halfords stock it too.

It\'s a Quinton Hazell part QTH 104

Will try and catch up Mick. Are you about this weekend?  Would quite like to see your new toy.
Mine needs an outing anyway, haven\'t driven it for the last 3 weeks since I fitted a crap exhaust system and now it sounds like a rotary tank (only my opinion here as I\'ve never actually heard a rotary tank running).
