Events Calendar / WE ARE GOING BACK TO BILLING!! - 14th & 15th July
« on: April 12, 2007, 12:27:40 PM »
Hi All

MRC have been invited by the Z Club to join them back at Billing Aquadome to get all the clubs together and bring back all the fun and laid back weekend we all used to enjoy when JAE was staged there.

JAE will still be held at the Peterborough Showground on the 21st & 22nd July but MRC will now not be attending.

For those of you that attended JAE at Billing during the years 2002 to 2004 will know what a great atmosphere this weekend was and we always had a great turnout! In 2004 we had over 100 rotaries turn up for the weekend, compared to only a maximum of 40 cars over the two day event in 2005.

I hope you will support our decision to move away from JAE at Peterbourgh and come along and join us for a great weekend.

I have updated the events calendar on the main forum page to reflect the change of event. I will update details of this event nearer the time.

Please see below details of the event posted on the Z Club forum.

If you require overnight accommodation I suggest that you contact Premier Lodge ASAP as this gets completely booked up.  It is on the entrance to the Billing Aquadome so you car park your car up and walk to the lodge on Saturday night!

Z CLUB 30TH BIRTHDAY PARTY
BILLING AQUADROME, 14, 15 JULY 07.

We will be at Puddleduck and Teal Meadows. Camping is £13 per night (up to 6 people with one car); extra cars are £10 per day. (Pets are welcome). There is a Premier Travel Inn just outside the entrance £50 per night (0870 990 6510) http://www.premiertravelinn.com

Don\'t forget that all the facilities of Billing Aquadrome are available to you, a whole shopping centre, funfair, camping exhibition, jet ski-ing, fishing, adventure golf etc. you can even park your boat there! http://www.billingaquadrome.com

MRC News / Extended membership period for New members
« on: July 26, 2005, 09:16:53 PM »
:yes Hi

Just to let you all know that as we ran a Membership promotion at JAE for new members to join and extend the first year membership period to
31st December 2006, I thought it was only fair that we continue to extend this promotion on the Forum until the 31st December this year.

Any one wishing to join MRC as a FULL CLUB MEMBER can do so by joining on line by clicking on the link:-

http://www.mazdarotaryclub.com/shop/index.php?cPath=1.

When you join on line you have an opportunity in the Comments box to notify me of your USERNAME on the Forum in order that I can immediately amend your access to Full MRC Member and give you access to the Members Section.

Alternatively, please email me Lisa@mazdarotaryclub.com and I will post out an application form to you.

Regards
