V8 beats RB any day.
not with the atessa system surely.
i love the fact i can lay a full 520 plus hp down at the lights on a soaking wet road and get ZERO wheelspin. its hard to get your head around. then as car realises it doesnt need power to the front the bias moves right back to the rear of the car with near no tourqe to the front wheels. im thinking about this more for the atessa than the rb block. i have the Nur N1 block in my r33 and i have to say i find it phenominal for it only running 520bhp which is pretty conservative and should at 1.4 bar run forever (much more forever than any of my fd blocks should have run anyway (just what i need) . i have full boost low in the rpm all the way to 8000 rpm. I do howver have to put up with the extra weight. i think that extra 300-400kgs really slows the car down past 110 mph the fd would climb quicker here. the only solution to that is 2 slightly bigger turbos and 1.8 bar = 700+hp
that in a track prep fd shell would be the drive of your life.
lets see off the top o my head
fd track prep car shell with blown lump
700hp skyline with damge (or similar)
splice em together
=15~20K tops maybe less, doing work yourself
35k to 40k maybe less
what around a track would beat that for that money with a roof for under 200k (atoms and alike aside) providing you can keep the weight low. near stock fd.
